What counts as a seat?
Any active workspace member plus any unredeemed invitation. Viewers, editors and admins all count as one seat.
Can one workspace own multiple email domains?
Yes. Growth and above support multiple verified domains, so a single workspace can manage signatures across all your brand domains and serve them through one API key.
Is the API rate limited?
Yes. The public signature API enforces fair-use limits per API key, scaled to your plan.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes — upgrades take effect immediately, downgrades at the end of the billing cycle. Seat counts auto-adjust based on usage.
