Rolling out signatures to a 30-person team in an afternoon

By EmailArt team

You've been asked to standardise the team's email signatures. Everyone's on Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, nobody has time for a project. Here's the shortest path.

Before lunch

  • Pick one template. Not two. One.
  • Upload the logo and confirm the extracted palette
  • Set the CTA — one link, whatever marketing cares about now
  • Send a test to yourself in Gmail, Outlook and on your phone

After lunch

  • Bulk-import the team from your directory (or a CSV)
  • Personalise names, roles, phones — everything else is templated
  • Push the signatures out; verify a random three
  • Send a short internal note explaining what changed and why

Ninety minutes of work, done. The next quarterly refresh takes ten minutes because the template does the heavy lifting.
