Rolling out signatures to a 30-person team in an afternoon
By EmailArt team
You've been asked to standardise the team's email signatures. Everyone's on Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, nobody has time for a project. Here's the shortest path.
Before lunch
- Pick one template. Not two. One.
- Upload the logo and confirm the extracted palette
- Set the CTA — one link, whatever marketing cares about now
- Send a test to yourself in Gmail, Outlook and on your phone
After lunch
- Bulk-import the team from your directory (or a CSV)
- Personalise names, roles, phones — everything else is templated
- Push the signatures out; verify a random three
- Send a short internal note explaining what changed and why
Ninety minutes of work, done. The next quarterly refresh takes ten minutes because the template does the heavy lifting.
