Seat true-ups, explained without the finance jargon

Nobody enjoys reading billing terms, but two minutes here will save an email to support later.

Add a seat

You're charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing period. Add someone on day 15 of a 30-day month and you'll pay half a seat this month, then the full seat from next month onward.

Remove a seat

The removal takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We don't refund partial months — the seat stays usable until the period rolls over, then drops off the invoice.

Free trials

Seat true-ups don't apply during a free trial. Add or remove teammates as you like; the meter only starts when the trial ends.
